Remarkable grace in an amazing voice' Jessica Nicholas, The Age Lisa is a member of the acclaimed vocal group Coco’s Lunch, and her Jazz quartet recently won the ‘BELL’ award for ‘Best Australian Jazz Vocal Album’ with their album ‘GRACE’. Ben is highly praised for his work as a jazz bassist, and his unique use of harmonic language. He has extensive performance and recording credits which include luminaries such as Mark Murphy, Lee Konitz, Olivia Newton John, Barry Tuckwell, James Morrison and the Melbourne, Tasmanian and Western Australian Symphony Orchestras. Sam’s distinctive approach to tabla expresses both a sense of spaciousness and the vibrant sophistication of the Indian tabla. He is well known for his world music collaborations and his music has recently been featured alongside Ravi Shankar and Nitin Sawhney in BBC compilation. This new trio explores their diverse musical expression.
