This globe-trotting show is back and touring its native Australia as part of another world tour that’s taking in 20 countries and an ongoing residency in London’s West End. It is back in Adelaide after much-praised seasons at Perth’s Fringe World, the Adelaide Fringe, the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and Edinburgh Fringe, and just before a week at Sydney Opera House. At all these performances, the basic format stays the same, but with only a third of the show scripted, anything can happen as guests become diners in the 'Fawlty Towers' restaurant. Waited upon by Basil, Sybil and Manuel, this is two hours of fully immersive, highly improvised and site-specific comedy theatre at its best. Shambolic service, a '70s-style 3-course meal and all the best gags are applauded in ‘a rip-roaringly hilarious’ event (This Is London). The show was absolutely fabulous.. From the moment the actors arrived we were hooked. They managed to include in the script some of the funniest dialogue from the original shows. It was side -splitting funny- of course this was because of the talent of the actors, also they included audience members in many of the scenes, which made us feel like we were really guests at this Hotel. The portrayal of the characters was brilliant, the voices, costumes and mannerisms. It's one of the best shows we've ever seen.

A really fun night. All the actors were brilliant in their individual roles and truly aligned to the characters on the series. The staff at the venue were lovely and added to a great night.
Enjoyed the show very much! It's very difficulty to recreate the original performances but the cast did a good job of it! The meal was a very nice home cooked 3 course meal. Sybil was excellent! Pleased that they included some original material. It was a great night! Thoroughly enjoyable!

Entertaining and quirky
The show was hilarious! The actors were all so good at recreating scenes from the original and in adlibbing to involve the audience. You really feel like you are a part of the show itself. They also worked well with the restaurant and cleverly managed to seat and serve everyone efficiently while still being in character. The food was not the best (standard pumpkin soup, chicken with veg, sticky date pud) but even that kind of went well with the whole concept. A very well thought out comedy experience, highly recommended!

My partner and I attended The show....Faulty towers -the dining experience.it was fantastic.....so much fun!we found it entertaining from start to finish. Paul o'Neill as Basil, Geoffrey Reczec as Manuel and Karen Hamilton as Sybil excelled. 2hours of distracting comedy accompanied by a beautiful 3 course meal.It was all over too quickly. So enjoyable.If your thinking of going... GO!!!You will have a fabulous time.

Everyone should go and see this show
The show itself is fantastic and the meal was as you would expect in a venue like this... adequate but fairly basic. This was the second time we had gone to see the show, after a gap in time of approximately 2 years. It made me realise there is a large factor which can add to the hilarity element, depending on the wit of the audience who are encouraged to participate...If there are some funny people in the house to engage in some clever repartee, it is gold for the audience. Either way it's a great night's entertainment for young and old.
