What a fantastic festival! Big name performers closer up then you'd ever experience elsewhere. Everyone was there for the music - no rowdiness or brawls, just a wonderfully executed, fun loving, family friendly event. I'm certainly hoping it returns again next year!

Rent a Tent option a great idea
Probably the best concert I have ever been to apart from seeing Queen live. Seeing my kids up on stage with Carlos Santana will be a highlight I will remember for the rest of my life.
Also loved the other bands but Carlos was definitely the highlight.

The Deni Blues & Roots Festival was a huge success. There were two stages - side by side. Music was pumping from one or another stage. A seemingly casual camping weekend that was jam-packed with music performed by artists, blues & roots legends who entertained and inspired, tirelessly, hour after hour.
Some people brought their own seats and enjoyed the performances from a distance, others stood at the foot of the stage to watch and listen carefully to the artists whom they love.
Of course, before artists like Carlos Santana and his band came on stage, a queue of people zigzagged in front of the stage. Santana far exceeded my expectations. Then there was The Steve Miller Band who played so many of my favorite songs, including Abracadabra! Bonnie Raitt was terrific; I could listen to her for hours. Jason Mraz was nothing less than exceptional and Chris Isaak put on a real performance and at one stage walked into the audience, sang on the grass amongst us all. He had some spectacular costume changes (one in which he looked a bit like a disco ball). Effortlessly he sang – as perfectly as one would hear his songs on cd. The list of superb acts goes on and on but I will stop talking about The Festival here with just one final request - those people who were lucky enough to witness this musical feast – do take a moment to share your thoughts.
