Reiki 1 (Traditional Usui Reiki) - in Warrandyte

In this class you will discover many valuable skills in Reiki including:
Basic anatomy, Chakras, Meridians, Attunements: 4 attunements over the two days to open and lock in Reiki.
History of Mikao Usui & Reiki Reiho, Principals & Ethics, Hand Positions: Traditional Master Usui hand positions, Mr. Hayashi's hand positions & Mrs Takata hand positions
Reiki Techniques: Gassho Mudra, Breathing using Reiki (Hikari no Kokyu-ho), Gassho Meditation, Nentatsu-ho (clearing mental issues), Reiki Shower, Jakikiri Joka-ho (clearing objects)
Usui Reiki Healing Guide (Reiki Hikkei), Hayashi Reiki Hikkei (Healing Guide)
Deepen your healing capabilites and broaden your undertandings of energy work. Once attuned, Reiki will always be available for your use, on yourself and others.
Beginning in this class and continuing over the next 3 levels are also: emotional/mental healing. Learning the Reiki symbols & their use:- Power, Emotional/Mental & Distance. Send healing energy to those who cannot attend in person through distance healing techniques, Master degree attunement to strengthen the Reiki energy which allows the ability to heal others at a deeper/higher level. Master symbol & use - which together with all the others symbols forms a powerful healing system. Deeper healing principals and understanding.

Very enjoyable weekend. The course was well taught in lovely surroundings by a fabulous teacher. Looking forward to level 2.
For someone new to Reiki and having no previous knowledge I thought the training provided was exceptional. A small group size that enabled a thourough understanding and sharing of treatments whilst studying. Certificate provided on lasst day. A great resource for either personal or business use with clear manual and course material. A great weekend. Will proceed to level 2 when I am ready.
