Heroic Faun No. One
HEROIC FAUN NO. ONE, written and performed by Gregory Cooper and directed by Cal Wilson, will open at the Fringe Hub - North Melbourne Town Hall, on 28 September. Based on Greg's time as a featured extra in the The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe, this dark comedy documents the downfall of an idealistic actor corrupted by cameras, call-sheets and catering. There are also green tights, rubber swords and live prosthetics.
After hugely successful seasons at the Auckland and Wellington Fringe Festivals in New Zealand, the Melbourne Fringe Festival is the Australian premiere of Heroic Faun No. One. The Melbourne season, running from 28 September to 13 October, is directed by Cal Wilson, ('Spicks and Specks, 'Good News Week' and 'Thank God You're Here').
