MADRINA Playreading & Fundraising Night

Marty MonStar presents his newest play: MADRINA (Italian for Godmother) - a tale of power, obsession, a Sunday staff-meeting, eating muffins, a few dad-jokes and a bloody underworld battle, to become Coburg’s best car dealership of 1976.

Presented as a rehearsed playreading, MADRINA features a sensational professional cast in Caroline Ferguson as Madrina; Katrina Mathers, Darren Mort, Dom Phelan and Ian Rooney; with a live music performance to kick the evening off by acclaimed cellist and vocalist Adi Sappir.

The night will be jam-packed with prizes and giveaways, food and drink supplied by some local traders, 70’s fancy dress if you’re into that kind of thing, raffles and music. All welcome. The play-reading will start at 7pm and be followed by a brief Q&A with Marty and the cast.
