Jennifer Lawrence produces and stars in No Hard Feelings, a laugh-out-loud, edgy comedy from director Gene Stupnitsky (Good Boys) and the co-writer of Bad Teacher.
Maddie (Lawrence) thinks she’s found the answer to her financial troubles when she discovers an intriguing job listing: wealthy helicopter parents looking for someone to "date" their introverted 19-year-old son, Percy, and bring him out of his shell before he leaves for college. But awkward Percy proves to be more of a challenge than she expected, and time is running out. She has one summer to make him a man or lose it all.

Hilarious and great fun. A quintessentially JLaw character – and I love her. Took a bit of a different twist than I expected, which was welcome. My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hoyts were brilliant hosts too – enjoyed the open bar and premiere poster photos.

Simple feel good movie. Good performances by two leads
Great acting & casting; good script and funny; however, the premise is a bit cringe-making. If the gender of the two main characters was reversed, we would likely see it as way more problematic. Despite the set-up relying on dated stereotypes, there were lots of sensitive moments, unexpected twists, and heart-warming turns.
This was feel good movie with some unexpected delights... worth seeing!
