Cinematic and stylistic, this is the fascinating story of the iconic design and retail pioneer, from her very first store on London’s legendary King’s Road, through to the development of a global empire. Using archive footage, original interviews with Quant’s contemporaries, family and modern day fashion and style leaders (including Vivienne Westwood, Kate Moss, Camilla Rutherford - Gosford Park, Yesterday, Phantom Thread), plus dramatized scenes, Quant will be a feature of striking originality that is incredibly ‘of the moment’, revealing Mary’s quest to take on the world of fashion, push boundaries and pave the way for generations of women for decades after.

Just fab to know more about this amazing woman and the times she worked in.
Very interesting and insightful doco about the trendsetter who invented several iconic items such as the mini skirt, pinafore and make up palette. Mary enabled women all around the world to express themselves through fashion confidently.
A fabulous 'look back' at not only a fashion icon and revolution but also a time of great social change. A marvellous portrait of a life lived without pretence and the steadfastness if a secure relationship with a husband, son and business partners.
Mary Quant a true trailblazer! Paved the way for women’s liberation for which she had no time to wait. A must see documentary of pure essence!
