What's Love Got To Do With It?
How do you find lasting love in today’s world? For documentary-maker and dating app addict Zoe (Lily James), swiping right has only delivered an endless stream of Mr Wrongs, to her eccentric mother Cath’s (Emma Thompson) dismay. For Zoe’s childhood friend and neighbour Kaz (Shazad Latif), the answer is to follow his parents’ example and opt for an arranged (or “assisted”) marriage to a bright and beautiful bride from Pakistan. As Zoe films his hopeful journey from London to Lahore to marry a stranger, chosen by his parents, she begins to wonder if she might have something to learn from a profoundly different approach to finding love.

Sweet story, fun movie - everything it promises to be. Fun Rom Com with a great conversation about love, marriage and commitment in all its forms. Loved the jewellery and linen. It made me want to travel to Pakistan.
Loved it. So rare for us, with so much Western romance around, to see a fun romantic and respectful look at arranged marriage.

What’s Love Got To Do With It was a funny, enjoyable, interesting feel-good film. It matches its ’blurb’ perfectly! The filming and settings are fabulous presenting life in a unique way. I would highly recommend this film as a must see this Summer!
‘What’s love got to do with it?’ An interesting film that basically highlights a relationship game reminiscent of the Australian show ‘Pick a box’ or to quote Forest Gump, “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” You decide! Definitely worth a look.
