Limmud FSU

Limmud FSU

Limmud is a Jewish learning festival created by volunteers. The aim of Limmud FSU Australia is to reconnect Jewish Russian-backgrounded people with their culture and heritage.

The event offers a wide array of international and local presenters and covers various topics and activities from politics, economics, family psychology and Jewish History to music concerts, cooking workshops and Zumba classes.

Limmud FSU's key values include diversity, learning, community and volunteerism. Presenters also participate in other sessions, which provides inclusiveness and equality for all. Every guest is encouraged to choose topics of their interest and select the sessions they wish to attend. All organisers and presenters volunteer their time and experience, and everyone pays to attend.

The program is rich with interesting speakers and gastronomical kosher delights - 4 meals in the one day.

There is a separate program for Adults, children 10+, kids 6-9 years of age, kids 3-5 years old.
