EAST MALVERN FAVOURITE FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL

The 5th annual East Malvern Food & Wine Festival will return to East Malvern’s picturesque Central Park, boasting a vast range of exquisite wineries from all across Victoria, artisan provedores and entertainment on Sunday 27 March 2022, from 11am to 6pm.

Taking place in the picturesque parklands, this exclusive food and wine extravaganza will offer a boutique experience as attendees stroll through the open green spaces wine, dine and recline in the leisurely surrounds. Featuring a vast range of exquisite wines from 12 wineries from the Victorian wines including: Turners Crossing, Innocent Bystander, Red Edge, Tellurian Wines, Linnaea Vineyards, Munari Wines, Heathcote Winery, Olive Hills Estate, Wren Estate, Buller Wines, Buckshot Vineyard and Mount Avoca Wine.

Wine Selectors will be holding masterclasses with expert wine educator Nicole Gow all day (spaces limited) and running a competition to WIN a 13-night luxury cruise to NZ on the Royal Princess valued over $10,000. Wine Selectors will also feature their Cellar Door with a free tastings journey ‘a taste of Australia’.

The festival will also host a craft beer and cider producer alley featuring small batch producers, including locals Deeds Brewers and Eddies Cider. Together with Brix Distillers and Mornington Peninsula’s That Spirited Lot Distillers and Buller Wines Three Chain Road Gin series.

That’s not all, satisfy your hunger with a feast from local Melbourne favourite food trucks, local favourite restaurants and pop-up restaurant stalls like 48h Pizza & Gnocchi Bar, Nepal Dining, The Flying Calamari, Bao Melbourne, Mushiki Dumplings, The Smoke Pit and more. There’s also freshly shucked fresh and wild Signature Oysters matched with Sparkling prosecco served all day long. Our Merchant Coffee Roasters from Mansfield serving up freshly brewed coffee and even puppicinos for our fury friends and delicious desserts from the Pressed Waffle Bar and Luvlee Gourmet’s handcrafted ice creams for all to enjoy.

With some of the best Victorian produce on offer at the festival, don’t forget buy a social enterprise hand woven Pali Basket on the day to stock up on some locally produced cheeses, gourmet condiments, and other festive fare from artisanal producers. There’s plenty of options to choose from too including, Josh & Sue, Melbourne Candle Co, Two Little Tarts, Lana’s Garden, Vinocotto, A Lot of Good Stuff, and much more.

An electric line-up of live music programmed by The House of Voice will add to the festival vibes all day long, and kids will be amazed by magician master classes presented by the local Magic School of Confidence.
