Taking place at this years Melbourne Comedy Festival in the back of a rundown factory, is the premier of Pendejo's Box, a whirlwind of twisted character comedy, punctuated by a box that will just not stay closed. A mixture of character comedy, clowning and talking grapes, Pendejo's Box is guarded by Zygote, a relentless alien force on a quest to keep foolishness constrained. Maybe the audience is the real fool, they are after all a passive fearful mess staring out from their finite existence desperately crying out for some sort of momentary escape. You won't find it here. Everything wrong with the world is your fault, now just sit back and enjoy the mess.
