The charismatic Maya has been working in the music industry for years. A vivid fusion of RnB & Jazz, MAYA’s sound mirrors her African-American, Australian-Austrian roots. Legendary music icons Lauryn Hill, Jimi Hendrix, Ella Fitzgerald and Aretha Franklin influenced her upbringing, shaping a strong jazz/soul voice.
At age 18, Maya was selected in the top 25 on The Voice Australia, In 2016, she released her first single, Sinners, in 2016, and now her EP, Future Soul. Her brand of soulful pop is a welcome offering to the music world.
