BREATHE
Adventurous and charismatic, Robin Cavendish has his whole life ahead of him when he is paralysed by polio while in Africa and given just months to live. Against all advice, Robin’s wife Diana brings him home from hospital where her devotion and witty determination inspire him to lead a long and fulfilled life. We have an expectation that films made by BBC are often of high calibre...and Breathe is another example of this. The casting and the acting are outstanding in this inspirational film which portrays a wonderful story of the love between a young man and his wife, who are forced to deal with his contraction of polio, with ground-breaking consequences for himself and others.

Beautiful movie. Very inspirational. Robin and Diana’s story is one of love, courage and determination. Make sure that you have the tissues handy, you will need them, I did!
Lucky enough to see an early preview of this - such an inspiring and heartwarming movie! A story of love, strength, courage and determination in the face of so many obstacles - definitely glad I took the tissue box as had seen the shorts. Extremely enjoyable and most certainly an inspirational movie to warm the heart - highly recommended!
