Democracy dies behind closed doors…

Corruption. Politics. Loyalty. Fear.
Mate. Brother. Ally.
Don’t look away.

The media are savaging him, a Royal Commission has just been launched, and Patrick Barlow is in it neck-deep. At least he has his mate Dench to count on…

Multi award-winning writer/director Aidan Fennessy’s dynamic and topical play is a darkly compelling, bitingly funny exploration of the relationship between masculinity and the thirst for power … in whatever echelon you might happen to inhabit.

A great behind the scenes look at politics in Victoria that is beautifully tied together at the very end.

3 acts, 2 players, 1 heck of a story. Who knew government corruption could be so exhilarating!

Fabulous!

Joe Petrizzi and Joe Houghton were brilliant in this rather disturbing play about how things work in politics, business and the prison system. Linking three pairs of protagonists with a tale of corruption and retribution which left us with a few questions, it is memorable theatre.
