Dice-rolling divas, ace-in-the-hole aerialists, poker-faced Prima donnas and backroom ballerinas take to the Arts Centre Melbourne stage in this rock’n’roll Russian roulette, all led by Melbourne’s own unquenchable Queen of Hearts, Moira Finucane.
An explosive variety show like no other, Glory Box is a melting pot of cabaret, dance and tricks you’ve never seen from a troupe of notorious performers, including special guests Rhonda Burchmore (Wednesday 25 January) and Robyn Archer AO (Friday 27 January).

Didn't get to see it as I was told it was too explicit for my daughter at the door. They should have rated this in the promotional materials.

too far out for us
Daring and different show.
Not for everyone, I saw some people leave during intermission but if you stay with it, it proves to be a very entertaining and mesmerising show.

A great mix of burlesque, song, circus, comedy & art performance. Nudity, naughty bits & comedy. Great to see women of all sizes, shapes and abilities on the stage. Shocking for some audience members.

Wow, what a different show! We enjoyed the variety of performances and admired the physical ability of the trapeze and hula hoop artists. Well done. The audio was very screechy on the night we were there. Not sure what happened.

Big fan of Finucane & Smith's shows, and this did not disappoint! Very much recommend, but perhaps not if you're after a nice, conservative night at the Arts Centre ;)

It was pretty unforgettable and there is some impressive talent there. The 'girls' certainly put their heart and soul into it. However, I only gave it 3 because I felt some of it was, unfortunately, a bit repetitive and self indulgent. Defintiely worth seeing though!

Excellent! Glory Box does it again. Moira Finucane's show is a collection of raunchy in-your-face acts. There is lots of variety and even if you don't like some you will probably love others. I agree with all the comments pippimolina and duncan wrote, including the audio being not quite right.
An entertaining show out of the ordinary with costumes. Talented artists that kept you entertained throughout the show. Worth going to for a little different kind of show

How to even rate this show? Hmmm. Exciting, hilarious, shocking, scandalous, some bits that unfortunately can't be 'unseen', and some seriously superb physical skill. Yes it was definitely different. Weirdness aside - the big disappointment of the night was a technical one. The audio: screeching mics distorting the poetry and music at an ear-bleeding pop your fingers in level. I've never experienced that at the Arts Centre before. Hope it was a one off.
Finucane and Smith are the bar setters of talented, quirky Cabaret. You just don't know how it's going to end! Some old favourites, some new talent and all of it mind blowing. Great fun, if a little shocking for some. Hold onto your seats, cover your eyes if you need to, but I bet you sneak a peek!
