Air Play is sewn from the sky: umbrellas, kites, balloons and snow are the constant companions of a sister and brother whose rivalry is only matched by their affection, and as their unbound imaginations launch them on wordless adventures far beyond the everyday you might wonder if they'll ever touch the ground again.
Wordless, but far from silent – Air Play's ever-changing visual playfulness is set to a soundtrack leaping from Balkan gypsy music to Nordic boys' choir, Italian avant-garde to back-country ballads. Set yourself to flight mode: feathered with fun and a sense of wonder, for one hour you'll be taken out of this world.

Really lovely idea for a show and relatively well put together. It needs a bit more development to draw out a full sense of wonder, but there was some nice audience participation with both kids and adults and a lovely concept (although I thought the advertising didn't do it justice - if it'd explained more of what we'd see, I would definitely have bought a ticket.)

When l walked into the theatre l thought the show was just for little kids. Though it was perfect for adults too. The ideas and creative talent between two people was amazing. The music how it teamed up with the creative ideas out of something so simple was quite mesmerising. Loved it!!!!!!!

A really great show to take young kids to. I loved the use of the fabric and the fans, it was quite stunning to see. The music choices were great and the two clowns were enjoyable to watch.

We loved the show - great for the young and young at heart. Whimsical and beautiful to watch. Also engaged the audience well. The kids sitting next to us were laughing out loud at times. Like a circus oz version of Slava's Snow Show. And at 1 hour probably about the right length for younger kids.

Would definitivel recommend
A solid three. Fun and entertaining, don't expect a full 'theatre' show though. This is more street performer style with the benefit of a big venue and bigger props.
Fun show, mixture of comedy and mesmerising moments watching the flow and fall of fabric, balloons and glitter. Felt it was a little short though (45min - probably just right for little ones) and missing a big 'wow'. End was a bit flat.

For me though there was something missing ( like a highlight, dangerous act or hope of happy end), the show moves on one emotional level from beginning to end.
I fully agree with the description at the top and with all the comments EXCEPT for the 2-stars one.
It's a brilliant show for the spectators of all the ages - so much work was put into calculating the angles and the strength of the airstream, the weight of the fabric and of the helium balloons, the music compilation, the audience participation - IT IS SIMPLY BRILLIANT! We had excellent seats in the middle, but the show is designed so that your sitting has no effect on your viewing.

My daughter and I were wanting to get on the stage and dance amongst with the red balloons. Loved the show. The colours, the music and the way things move with a bit of air.. spectacular event.
