Now in its fourth year, exclusively at Palace Cinemas, the festival has announced highlights from the 2016 program. Absolutely loved the movie we saw 'A United Kingdom' couldn't recommend it enough. Best film we've seen in a long time.

A United Kingdom is a film that is inspirational with top performances by the lead actors.
From the onset, I delighted in the romantic joining of 2 relatively lonely people and their eventual idyllic escape to a life of seclusion & privacy. But their desire and guilt become entwined with what constitutes acceptable, ethical behaviour. Relationships are strained, emotions heightened and the viewer is immersed in the interweave of love and sadness. This film takes you on an emotional but captivating ride. One to see!
We watched I, Daniel Blake. Really moving, with a touch of good humour thrown in to make a great film.
