Disturbing as it should be.It was an experience.
Engrossing film whilst at times confronting due to violence depicted , it was enlightening in relation to the subject matter.
An interesting story that shows how bad the American south treated their struggling citizens during the civil war and then not follow the actions on anti-slavery. But it was such a slow moving movie and felt so long.
Flinched in the first minute of the film but the civil war was a bloody time.
Well acted and produced.
I always enjoy a movie more when I know it's based on fact and real events. Some positive ideals to live by in the proclamation.
