A friend talked us into seeing this at the Opera House last night. I had'nt come across Bernadette Robinson before and WOW! The show was absolutely Brilliant! Bernadette Robinson's ability to perform 90 mins non-stop on 1 sip of water was amazing. Standing ovation.

Wasn't sure what to expect but yu went on a journey with this amazing woman with an ability to mimic and sing to a very poignant ending. Fabulous.

What an incredible performance!! What a journey!! A heartfelt entertaining and poignant personal journey of an employee at the White House, taking us through the stories of the presidents, the music and artists of the time, the influences, the ups and downs...humorous, emotional and chilling at times. Bernadette had a standing ovation at the end by most of the audience, its no wonder, she is so talented, what a voice and can she do impersonations!! We just loved it, would recommend it to everyone, it should be a sell out show every night!! Thank you so much for the great tickets On the House :)

Great show by a very talented lady
Great voice and the songs were woven into the story of recent American history very well. Let down by a personal story that seemed like an add on. While her singing was very clear when talking the strong Southern accent and the way she dropped her voice when talking about personal events made it hard to hear properly.
Brilliant show. She is amazingly talented with great depth & range in her voice. Great repertoire and interesting story line.

A very clever show. Great talent, my mind wandered a bit in between some songs (as I'm not as interested in American politics as perhaps I should be), but the story was witty and the segue's between songs were seamless. The band was very impressive, loved RESPECT!! An incredibly talented lady. We enjoyed the show.
Bernadette Robinson was, quite literally, astounding. What a voice! She absolutely nailed all the singers from Barbara Streisand to Aretha Franklin and when she spoke in the presidents' voices, it was uncanny. She kept us enthralled throughout the whole performance. The standing ovation at the end was well-deserved. A great show, highly recommended.
Bernadette is an extremely talented singer/actor/entertainer.The whole production was very professional, from the writing, the set, the band, the lighting,etc.
I hadn't heard of Bernadette Robinson. But what she achieves in this show is stunning. The writer has woven white house stories around some of my favourite songs and performers. Marilyn Monroe, Eartha Kitt, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan etc. She really nails Barbara Streisand.
Technology helps us recall those moments we know from the news in a clever way.
