Battle of the Superheroes: The Great Superhero Debate
Following its hugely successful debut tour in 2015, many comedians converge again in Melbourne to discover who is the greatest superhero of them all. With a mixture of stand-up comedy and interactive debate, this fun show can be enjoyed by geeks and non-geeks in equal measure.
With the huge success of The Avengers and X-Men movies catapulting the likes Captain America and Wolverine to the A-list, and Spider-Man now back home with Marvel Studios, superheroes have never been so popular. Batman is even squaring up to Superman on the big screen!
But who is the best?
Be part of this interactive, fun (but deadly serious!) comedy debate, as comperes and adjudicators Nik Coppin (UK) and Andrew Roper (AUS) and four of the best comedians from around the Festival converge in a verbal war of words in an endeavour to find out who is the greatest of them all.

Excellent! Squirrel Girl really knew her stuff and I learned about a new super hero! All superheros battled it out well, eventually leading to a win for Squirrel girl! Zorro gets points for his tight leather pants and cool dance moves! Great stand up comedy and fantastic improvisation! Would definitely go again!
I went along to see which superheroes were battling it out and I think I will go back and see some others now.Very entertaining!
