Streep stars opposite her real-life daughter Mamie Gummer, who plays her fictional daughter; Rick Springfield, who takes on the role of a Flash member in love with Ricki; and Kevin Kline, who portrays Ricki’s ex-husband and Audra McDonald as Kline’s new wife. Yes I agree, free tickets and free ice cream...wonderful!! Meryl Streep played her part extremely well, story line was a little weak and generally a bit dull, but wonderful to have the opportunity to go. Thank you Irene!

An absolutely fabulous movie! Only Meryl could have pulled off the role of Ricki and WOW what a voice! It was everything you could have hoped for, funny, charming, heart breaking and warming. Not to be missed!!!
