When producer Craig Wilkins heard of Cocker’s passing on December 22nd he shed a tear, cracked a beer and cranked ‘Mad Dogs and Englishmen’ at top volume for a full 24 hours before formulating a plan to pull the cream of Melbourne musos together to pay tribute to his high school idol. The band began rehearing on 7 January and sold out the Caravan Music Club in record time - and they are now ready to bring their powerhouse production to the Thornbury Theatre on Saturday May 2!
