SAMBA
Samba migrated to France 10 years ago from Senegal, and has since been plugging away at various lowly jobs. Alice is a senior executive who has recently undergone a burnout. Both struggle to get out of their dead-end lives Samba's willing to do whatever it takes to get working papers, while Alice tries to get her life back on track until fate draws them together.

Fantastic film that I missed during the French Film Festival but that I got to see during the general release. Shows the issues affecting migrants residing illegally in France (but really anywhere in the world) but does so without the film being too heavy. Omar Sy is a brilliant actor and quite easy on the eye too and Charlotte Gainsbourg appears to be in every French film out there at the moment.
