This was reflected in many ways; he was always gracious and never insulting to anybody and this showed in his music. There were any number of influences that one could hear in his compositions; these ranged from rock, blues and Celtic through to trance and experimental styles. Maybe that is why I find it so natu ral exploring Jimi Hendrix's music, having been involved in so many similar styles myself. I particularly get off on the transcendental, psychedelic side of Jimi's music, which really hits home hard."

A great evening, so much musical talent in such an intimate setting. Great to see people of all ages enjoying it, especially the silver haired ladies and gentlemen reliving their youth and grooving along to the electric rock of Jimi Hendrix played on an electric violin by the exceptionally talented Nigel Kennedy and his amazing backing band.
Brilliant, talented, quirky, down to earth - an absolutely fabulous night out! Thank you so much for the opportunity to see him in person. He makes the violin sing and come to life. Loved the energy and everyone looked as tho they were having a great time on stage!

This was fantastic. Great musician and entertainer. Loved the 4 encore, Nigel and his musicians seemed to enjoy the evening as much as I did.
Nigel Kennedy was spectacular. His virtuosity was heart-stopping and with it all he was funny and engaging. He segued seamlessly from Bach into jazz and his own exquisite compositions with his back up band of two guitars, bass player and drums. They all looked as if they were having the time of their lives. I know we in the audience were.
A great evening's entertainment for all ages. Lovely to hear a violin play so many different styles of music, especially jazz, which sounded brilliant. Nigel Kennedy's friendly & relaxed way with the audience gave the big concert hall a more cosy & intimate vibe.
The encores were fabulous. A once in a lifetime kind of experience.
This concert blew all my expectations. Nigel Kennedy lives up to all the hype and is an extraordinary talent. I had not expected the jazz influence in his performance and totally loved it! Thank you for an experience I will never forget!
