Inspired by a true story from the late 1970s and touching on legal and social issues that are as relevant today as they were 35 years ago, ANY DAY NOW is a powerful tale of love, acceptance and family. But when their unconventional living arrangement is discovered by authorities, the men are forced to fight a biased legal system to save the life of the child they have come to love as their own.

Quite moving and beautifully acted.

Dora

A film about a child in need who is failed by society. There are good people, they do come in all shapes and kinds, we have to remember this when making life changing decisions regarding a child's future. A thought provoking film.

The movie screens only at the Nova
We made the effort to go to the Nova (Driving 45 minutes each way) but alas we failed to read the fine print "not valid public holiday" although they had empty seats we were not permitted to watch the movie
what a disappointment
